Fast Casual Restaurants
The NY Times reports on the rising popularity of "fast casual" restaurants, which are basically a cut above the fast food norm by providing fresh quality ingredients and the freedom to choose which ones you want. I've been eating at places like In-N-Out and Chipotle for a long time now and let me tell you, there ain't no going back to McDonalds or Taco Bell. The prices are just about the same yet the difference in quality is so far apart that I can't help but see the demise of fast food as we know it, frozen artificiality, greasy trans fat, and all. Amen to that.

Chipotle is the best. The place that Rhona took us to was alright, but their burritos were the only meal I was interested in. The meat was good, but since Chipotle has bigger burritos with more variety, they win my vote.
