Yes it's official, PJ inked the deal yesterday and will start working on the album this winter. For those who don't know Quannum Projects is a label from San Francisco who have been putting out quality hip hop since the early 90's. Now along with Pigeon John they house great acts like Blackalicious, Lyrics Born, DJ Shadow and Lateef the Truthspeaker to name a few. I guess this means PJ should be a lot busier now with all these big-name collaborators at his side -- no more time to be a Fox Hills mallmack with the rest of us. Let's hope this leads to more Christian hip hop artists breaking through, too...
